What's the big idea?

The idea for Gourmet Burger Kitchen originated in New Zealand. Innovative New Zealand cuisine over the last five years has extended to incorporate 'food on the go' such as burgers. Where once the traditional burger was seen purely as a fast food option, gourmet burgers have knocked tradition on the head. Gourmet Burger Kitchen has created a nutritious sophisticated product using the best and freshest ingredients available.
